Parenting with Purpose course
The course covers:
- How our personal qualities help determine our effectiveness as parents
- The connection between parents meeting their own needs and conscious parenting
- Features of healthy relationships
- Causes of Strategies parents can use to engage their children’s cooperation
- Features of the 3 main parenting styles and temperaments of children
- Common causes of challenging behaviour in children
- Triggers of challenging behaviour and effective anger management strategies
- Non physical discipline techniques and ways they can be used within the family setting.
- Strategies for strengthening the family.
- Create a vision and action plan for the future.

Please note, the price of this course is not included in the antenatal packages.
