Baby & You is a four part, daytime course for parents to attend with their new baby. This course is designed to build on the parenting skills that you have developed during your Child Birth Education class and the early days with your new baby. This class is a time to ask questions and deal with issues as they arrive whilst helping you to understand and cope with your role as a new parent.
The four sessions are:
1. Sleeping and Settling – covering sleeping, settling, and feeding basics.
2. Baby Massage – covering when, where, why, and how to massage your baby – simply wonderful!
3. Life Changes – common changes to your life, and how to cope with them including a short session looking at wills and insurance.
4. Child Development – covering ‘ages and stages’ of your newborn, and how to help development
